Hmm... how much ammo does it carry for the BFG?
as for the greebling, it is not the number but the height.

Whoa thanks for all the comments.

Update: Made the guns smaller (no more anti ori ship weapons

) and rebuilded the holder (no more roundish holding on the back). Also fixed the height of the greebles.

Underside seems to need more detailing, and then the engine.

Edit: Btw...any name idea for it?

Looks great!

My only crit so far is that perhaps some of the corners could be a bit more rounded.

There is something about this ship that just doesnt feel right. But keep trying...I'd love to see what comes out of this....

As a resident function over form kinda guy, I must point out that the barrels on those guns are STILL too huge! They look cool, no doubt, but ...

a) if they fire shells of some sort, they're going to use up any conceivable ammo load that hull could carry in just a few bursts.

b) if they fire energy bolts the fighter needs one whopper of a power plant.

I'd recommend shrinking the barrels diameter (NOT length, that part is cool) by half again. But, that's just me. Overall, I like the ship quite a bit.

must agree with this, unless you have oil-drums slung beneath to hold the rounds or a direct ani-plant hanging on the ship. (aniplant is a reference to an anitmatter colider from my fav-o comic schlock mercenary)

Smaller diameter gun (its about the same length, just moved the ring a bit)...about the wing texturing attempt......my skills were bad 1 year ago, but now they're waaay worse....
