Bingo. I'm a super Moderator here, which means that even though I'd dearly like to ignore some of the threads here, I cant. Chris has supermoderators to help keep an eye on the site when he's not here, and as part of that, we have to keep an eye on *all* of the site, not just the bits we're interested in. Even if I did unsubscribe from this thread, I'd still have to check it to make sure you lot could be left unsupervised (judging by the posts and activity a couple of pages back, you cant.)

There's nothing new to adore. This is not a General Discussion Thread. This is the Artwork area, and for the past page and a half, all people have been doing is asking where Gabe is.

Now, consider it this way- every time you post in this thread asking where Gabe is, or debating whether Star Wars is good or not, you're bringing it back up from Page 2, or the bottom of Page 1 or whatever. That means you're pushing current, active work further down the forums, just to ask where Gabe is. Hardly fair on the people who *are* looking for comments on *current* works.

You were never asked to keep quiet, or stop enjoying posting, but you were asked to stop dredging the thread up asking for updates that are plainly not forthcoming.

I'm sure when Gabe has an update for us, he'll post. Simple as that. No need to keep repeating oneself and asking where he is, or asking for updates.

Did this ever get "finished"? I mean, the model as presented back in June was fantastic, but Gabe indicated there was more work to be done. I can find no further updates, but this was simply too good of a model to be left in limbo. Hopefully development has continued in another thread?
