First of all, Yes, I'm alive :P

No, my computer did not die:

And YES, I do make backups of my work (just incase the above happens)

But for the above mentioned things, live happens So not much time to work on it. But recently time freed up.

The sad part is, just when you have to go to sleep so you can work the next day, your will to do 3d just goes in over drive... why not during the day??? (will have to investiage ;P)

Now update.

Just a few tweaks, and some lighting work. Textures not much. But its getting there. I prommised that this mesh will be done on May 1st... but as you can see. Life is life

Status 76%
- texturing
- tweaks to modeling
- exporting

Nice
That angle and lighting is really cool.
Although it needs more ambient light, I can barely see the walls at all. A little bit of ambient light on the roof wouldn't be bad either
As for texturing, don't forget about specular and diffusion mapping, they can add so much to a texture

I've noticed that doing 3D work at night is easier too, must be universal

UPdate.

Tweaked the lighting scheme. Overall looking better. and finished simple model of the "torture element" above the chair. need to light it up a tad.

Still ways to go, but its slowly getting there.

Its come along well! I think the light spots on the walls are a bit bright though.

Keep up the good work

Nice work man
It's coming along very nicely

I like the big spikey torture thing above the chair, even though it's almost completely dark

Small udpate. not much time to do anythign.

Started to play more with textures, and tried to add a light to the upper dome. Both failed misserably.

And in fact i think i messed up the texture on the wall.

but still some blood on the floor awlays adds that nice comfy feeling

nice idea with the blood. But whose blood shall it be? We should remember that blood gets another colour when it dries. I would recommend a dark red with even darker edges.
