Come on dude, 3 pages (and now 4) of talk and over a month since an update?

That bay looks great eh. I just hope you got the heaters built as it's cool out by Pluto eh. Wouldn't want the crew to freeze to death while you're out havin' a life.

Wait, I thought 3D was life... (Oooo I'm gonna get a smack from the wifey eh...)

Oh I'm sorry I didn't realise my schedule for image releases was decided by the SFM committee Someone else necroposted my thread, it's hardly my fault!

The way I work is I tend to work on a segment of the station. taking the base mesh and preparing it for being worked on, refine the original details to the 3.x modeling style, add some more and clean up, add more detail and so on, oh and in most cases, work on the station inside and out simultaneously. It's hard work and timetaking and it's huge and slow to load and work on! Right now the section I am working on is plain looking, with no panel work or any particularly interesting new features, and the interiors are just the base forms (albeit very complex models!) it has no windows either.... So I am not going to render it - tough!

If you really want to see some updates, you can take a look at some wires/ogl screenshots of what I've been working on....

Sorry just screen grabs. No rendering, no lighting, no textures, and definately no FSR!

Hehe I think Samurai summed that up nicely thanks

For all those who did not ask for FSR's - thanks for the compliments

My table scraps need more details, hence I haven't rendered them

Arr so it was the Com Relay at the bottom of the station that I saw.
I had only looked at the last ten screen grabs. I was meaning to ask you about that, but you have not been on IM at the same time as me.

Hehe yeah it's a Comm relay on the bottom of the station, quite a complex bit of the station, as they are all turning out to be LOL - modeling on a curve is a major pain!

Cheers guys
