I'd love someone to attempt Omega Supreme, that would be killer. Although the transformation might be a bit problematic with him....

I'd do it, but I'm just not that good at modeling things that already exsist. I don't have the paitence for it.

I would love to have a go, particularly since I've been modelling Transformers for like... um... 1997... 10 years??? ouch. But I'm still useless at modelling and texturing, so... yeah. WHile wanting desperately to do a movie-styled character, I'm not good enough to give it a serious go.

But I'll cheer on those who do!

Infinity238 . . dude that model is coming along schweeet . . .
you said you were going to animate it . . I was wondering do you know how it unfolds? I never seen any transformer animations before so they are new to me. I plan on seeing the film but for now it is a new experience.
I was wondering tho' all those parts fit together some how in folding and unfolding, but is there a fitted pieces map or something you can go by?
(hope I explained that right)

The trailers so far don't show anything like a full transformation sequence in good enough detail to work it out. Although there are two of Starscream's they happen so fast you'd never be able to replicate it accurately.

The first trailer does show some of Blackout, the rotor blades fold back first and then things start popping out and so on.

As for the cartoon, since you say you've never seen it. They can be very, very dubious. The general idea is there but never shown in great enough detail to fully replicate it. For a perfect one, you'd have to go look at the toys (although with the exception of the Binaltech cars, they're a little blocky).

This the only full transformation that we have seen of blackout yet.

but like I said alot is being based on the figure as far as what goes where.

As someone said, we can't have too many Transformers.

Stunning work so far. I also haven't seen enough of the Transformers from the movie to know what they look like, but your project looks great so far. Plus, I like that they styled Blackout after the UH-60, it's appropriate, given his name.
