Downloads: 1 Uploads: 0 | Lol, atmospheric as opposed to space? no, lol, they are spacecraft. But if you meant it gives them a certain atmosphere/attitude/feel then yeah - thats what I was goin for. My primary inspiration, texture wise, is actually Spielberg's Close Encounters of the Third Kind, Bright colored lights. Which btw, is the "start with a tone, up a full tone, drop a perfect third, drop an octave, up a perfect fifth" is from. Its the close encounters jingle. ^_^. |

Two points: one, i sketched up a quick starbase for these guys ![]() two: I am looking for any tutorials, resources, or advice when it comes to Dirtying up a texture, that is to say weathering, dirt, grunging, etc, in order to increase a models realism. Anyone who can give directions to any tutorials or resources, or give any advice, I'd greatly appreciate it. |
