Sweet man - Got to love a folder! Realy neat idea. BTW temporal and multidimentional adventures tend to be unsettling to say the least. Pack a spare change of shorts.....

Well, it's been a couple months. Some of you may know, but for those who don't, I lost my mom to Leukemia back in July and it has really difficult to find time or motivation to build anything. Anyway, now that things have settled down a little, I have been able to make use of the long weekend here and have started a new project just to get back into it.

The idea is that it is a space fighter that can dock with another of its kind to form a larger composite vehicle. This allows one pilot to take over the guns while the other takes over flight control. The guns in the wings can reconfigure to a more turret like design to allow for better coverage. And here is what you came here for... the pics

...
The wings still need to be posed for the different flight modes.

Thoughts?

The way they connect is pretty nifty and I like that missile arrangement. Reminds me a little of those fighters they had in the Lost in Space movie, at least in the general configuration.

Good to see you back modeling Ozy. I know how difficult things are for you. And I know things will get better.

On topic: That fighter design is sweet! I love the docking idea.

Keep smiling , It makes people wonder what your up to..
