why is he so out of proportion? his legs and lower torso look way too small compared to his head and arms giving him ape-like proportions.

Very good. Pseudo-samurai style is attractive. Not sure about the feet. Makes him look a little clumsy.

I agree that your Lorica Segmentata is nicely modeled, but the legs... first of all, other than the armor plates, they seem very spindly for moving the mass of an armored man around. Secondly, as others have pointed out, they seem out of proportion. Why did you decide to give him more human-esque arms than the original draft?

Thanks for being so honest! Nothin like constructuve criticism....

On a serious note to answer Walkyrje's points, i agree the legs do look quite spindly and i will beef them up, as for the feet i wanted to give him a robust platform to stand on, i am part way through modelling a huge gun for him so it will hopefully make sense then, but i agree they dont look great so i'll see what i can do

As for his arms, this was the result of two factors, one they were pretty high poly so render times when i animate would be huge and two, it's easier to skin & manipulate human arms than rig a mechanical arm like that

Thanks for all the feedback guys, appreciated
