Be my guest! Football is... well... hehe

OK, the neck is detailed up now - glad I won't be needing to go back to that area, except perhaps for some minor adjustments later on if I find I need to make them. It's probably not exactly accurate, but I couldn't find many good images showing what's going on top and bottom - regardless, I like it the way it is so it will be staying like it now. I have thickened the wings up a bit, so they're looking better now.

One thing I try to do when making Trek ships is not get hung up on details. It generally ruins the modeling experience for me if I have to nail everything single detail just perfect. It is looking very nice though Can't wait to see it textured!

OOH and with added sprinkles too! Looks very good, quality detailing. I would ask for more pipe, but it has one

Visit my Endless Pluto Station project, I'm still working on it, honest!

I know what you mean - I actually didn't enjoy detailing the neck so much, mainly because I was constantly trying to work out what something should look like. In the end I just said feck that and did something that was pretty close but probably isn't entirely accurate.

Toby - those sprinkles are from an area light which is having an unusual reaction with the geometry it is very close to... I've removed that now anyway; I was just playing around. I shall use a slightly different method for that when the time comes.

Just because at your job they whip you with sticks and tether you to the counter, doesn't mean other workplaces don't have more humane practices
