When I said Blue print I did mean like as if you were going to build it. I love blue print images they look cool. Find me a person who does not like to know what a naked star ship looks like Like nerd porn lol (just kidding there) I just like seeing how the skeleton work is done and what the decks look like

my god, they're beautiful. the only thing I recomend is that you switch the pods around so they face forward again. I think it would still look good that way. Regards Posthumus

Sort of. They are pretty powerful ships, so design doesn't really matter as long as they get the job done. Well thats what I think the Ancients had in mind although Atlantis is the exception since it's so ornamental.

I had a belief that they were like the Asgard. Refitting regular ships in war time to serve their purpose. I bet they looked great as Science/exploration ships but they they were changed to look this way for war. I have to take back my comment from above. I looked at the episode again and it seems that those pods are facing the direction that you depicted. I guess they got lazy and just slapped them on backwards so they didn't have to fuss too much about the pod connecting arms. I hope if they use this ship again in greater detail that they fix that. Seems strange to have all those antenna facing the wrogn way. Regards Morgenroete

And I'll add one more thing. Just how 'advanced/modern/whatever' do/did the IA ships look in Bab5? Not all that much methinks. Still it boils down to a matter of perception. Cheers. | |

Still, like many I expected more. She looks so plain *though I love her now* I hated her when I first saw her. The Andromeda Ascendent was a truly artistic design. I was expecting the Ancients to pull something like that out of their super advanced butts. Though drones are fairly advanced weapon *and so pretty* thus far I've yet to see a long range seige/bombardment weapon. 'advanced/modern/whatever' as far as this is concerned I find it disapointing that the Ancients haven't grown past the whole star trek ship to ship battles. I expected more then drones and a few space guns. I guess time will tell. Regards Morgenroete
