I agree with specs. I would also specifically suggest redoing the front of the vessel as that just doesnt look like any lantean design from the shows (shapewise). It does hold the sort of bulky feel too it that ancient ships carry. So, in my opion, if you just revise a few aspects of the main structure it would be an interesting fit.

Thanks for the opinions. Well, I tought about redesigning the ship, because it's a quite old project.
Now I would do a lot of things different. Do you have an idea or conception?
How the front should look like, or any other part? Nowadays I made a lot of ship, and now I have no inspiration.
I should greatly appreciate if you can help me.

This is just what I think would make it look more "ancienty"

For the red section, mabey make it contain several energy based guns as seen in the aurora class. In the blue I think the aurora class style bridge would look pretty nice and would fit in well there (highly perched, full view, etc). Then with the aurora front and mabey a pod on the side like depicted would look pretty sweet. And of course you could expand the length if you wanted to add more extrusions for turrets or whatever.

I admit I have no idea about Stargate I just started watching it, and franctly I don't understand the fuss!

The human ships are among the worst designs ever, I won't go into the actual execution of the designs!

But this thing actually looked sexy man... really cool! Untill you started adding that stuff in the last update!

On the other hand, it does make it look more Stargatish!

Oh and I did by no means try to razz any stargate fans! I was just commenting on the basic designs of the ships!

the thing about the design, at least the overall shape, for each given race has generally remained a constant. To just forget that constant is really forgetting the race to which that design belongs, thereby making not related. At least imo as a longtime stargate fan

Every race have a style, characteristic. Ordinarily it's good to make a design related to it. But thank you very much for your opinion, and I appreciate these ones!

just an idea for this, over the course of the stargate series the ancients are reluctant to help yet more and more interfer, maybe in this fan movie they culd finally scrap there most sacred rule and help fight this war, even if it is only indirectly meaning they only share knowlage and not use there power to wipe the enermy out
