Nope, it's a Quantum torpedo launcher. At least, that's the function of that structure on the E-E right?

Ent-E???? I guess you mean the Ent-D/X-Version, aye? Yes it was, it was just longer and bigger.

Nice!
I would suggest to apply a slight gradient/fallof to the grille, right now it does look a bit dull
Out of curiosity, does the grille actually emit light, or did you place a light source?
