I love this design. For me, it is finally an update that is not so far from the original that it destroys the design but updated enough it looks far more advanced than Archer's Enterprise. Great Work. Maybe Some day (when college and research papers don't take up my time) I will get there.

I like the engines, but do they shoot fire or is it a flat pulse of blue?
Also, I should know this, and pardon my noobishness, but what does, "bump," mean?

I have to say that, this is the way it should have been for the new movie. I love the ship so much that I have front view photo (From page 1) as a wallpaper.

Keep up the good work.

Stunning Work!

This is gorgeous work - Messing with a form that's as iconic to science fiction as this is a tricky thing but I would say that you've scored the perfect balance between what you have updated and what you have left well alone.

Your approach has clearly been all about enhancement of the original design rather than making any blatant changes; I love your detailing on that deflector dish and those nacelle pylons!!! If she were mine I definitely wouldn't add any of the signature trends that graced TNG-era ships (blue nacelle glows, bright red bussard collectors and showy aztec patterns!!!) - This is perfect!

I hope the producers of the new movie are checking in and absorbing the comments made on this baby!

Well, you never know. Since the whole Enterprise being built on Earth thing was inspired by a fan made picture, Abrams might visit SFM and say "Hey, this is COOL! Let's get this guy to work on the movie!".
