Downloads: 1 Uploads: 0 | Thanks Ice-Dragon, Can't do much detail until my PC is up and running as the lap top chokes ![]() ![]() But I am working on windows right now that I will be putting in the trench and I've been trying to eliminate most of the sharp corners a bit. It's a big ship so I can only do larger details till the pc is up. |

Only about 5% of the windows have been installed along the trench area (it's close to 400 meters long). Going to give the windows different colours next time too. This lap top took over 6 hours to render the scene. |

The windows are all 1 meter tall and the smallest of them are 0.5 meters wide. The perspective angle is giving a very cool sense of mammoth size too. Kind of dramatic. |

Downloads: 1 Uploads: 0 | In Banff right now on day 3 of my holiday . Just wondering any of you think that I should vary the colour of the windows of the MDS Wraith for rendering. Right now it looks a little 'bla' I think. The windows have a lot of sizes but the colour is worring me.I also just picked up a new WACOM tablet with a 9 x 12 inch working surface. I have no program yet to use with it when I get home but from what I hear Corel is the way to go. Any other suggestions? I need to learn to make texures and using a mouse just sucks which is why I picked up the tablet. This will probably be the last time I find a computer for the rest of the week so I'm hoping to have some comments to go through that might help me when I get home next week. ![]() |
