Original Bomber/ Dropship

This is something I started last night, not sure if it will be a bomber or some sort of dropship. Or it just might end up as both. It will be my secondary project until I finished the fighter. So updates on this could be few and far between.

At the moment I am just knocking out the basic shape. Not sure if I will add wings or just engines. I’ll see where it takes me.

The “Man” in the pic’s is form MAX, Meph was kind to give me a copy of one. However I can’t stick him into positions like I would if I have MAX, So I am learning how to rig him in order to do that.

Anyway as Always please leave C&C. Thanks

I definitely see it as more a dropship at this point. Nice start

Started sharpen up the shape up a bit.
Not sure if I will just have two large swivel Engines on the side just behind the hatch, or stick wings onto her and add some kind of engine there. I think I will try both and see what happens.

Your problem with having two large engines just behind the hatch is that you will not be able to decant if the engines are hot - even the Harrier Pegasus (which is a relatively cool engine considering that it moves a lot of air slowly, rather than other engines that move a 'small' volume of air quickly) would cause problems at the ranges in your image.

No question is a stupid question if you don't know the answer - If you need help (and you can find us), ask the (Sens)A-Team.

Ow, sweet shape mate! Somehow that shape fits in well with something I had in mind for a shuttle for the Olympic. A VIP/coorporate transport version might be a good variant too.

I'll be keeping a close eye on this one

Thanks mate

I found a few error in the meshes so I am having to redo the shape, then resharpen everyting.
The error are all in the tail area, but it should not be to hard to fix.
