It might be a while. I am hacking away at it SLOWLY. What I am going to do is kick the texture mapping. I will use basic shaders and will leave the lighting to the people who use it as I cannot export my lightrigs.

One thing I need to do is some remodeling of the bridge's style, I need to redo the wall consoles, and a few other things... I also need to do the same to my hangars.

First thing: WOW!!!

I only found your thread this morning, and I have spent the last couple of hours reading the ENTIRE THING! Something MonkeyBoy said a while ago about feeling sorry for the person that had to read the whole thing - and that was about halfway through!

I love the ship and the bridge designs you have come up with, and will sure as hell be importing into Max 2009 to see what the animation features are like. I thank you so much for all of your work on this project. I look forward to the release of your bridge. I think it will be the second publicly available?

I'll try and follow your thread, but when you release your bridge, please email a copy of it to me at startrekepisodes@gmail.com or admin.azwebs@gmail.com. Finally, is there any chance of getting the entire texture pack for the ship? You know, the 600mb+ one? Rapidshare is good for large files, if this place has a limit (although I haven't seen one).

Thanks again for all your hard work, and thanks to everyone who posted with constructive criticisms and the like.

Azweb.
Nice to be the reciever of some ones very first post. Thanx for the Compliments.

I'll see about the full textures I think I have them all in one place, but I'm not sure. Give me a few days, as I am currently...

Working on an F-22 Raptor
Retexturing a C-130
AND
Working my way through the recruiting process to get into the Air Force.

You mentioned animations... the only one I can think of at the moment would be saucer separation. The nacelles are fixed in position.
