But I don't think that big black panelles will be a feature of this ship... LOL

"Dark" panelles maybe... For the Goth, EMO, varient.

Anyhow, sorry to say guys, that as indicated, I am gonna be away for the next couple of days for my surgical consult. Whilst I will be back at home by the weekend - I have other things I tend to do...

Next week my partner goes under the knife, himself, to have the mother of all hernias fixed. So I guess I will be busy dealing with that.

In a nut-shell, I will be taking a break from this, until about this time next week.

More soon, as I plan to carry on with this mesh...

I may even put up some more pretty pictures

Regards to you all

Going out on a high

Well, as I am away for a bit, i thought I would leave on a high... so to speak

Various renders of the 2002 Milkshape version and 2008 Max9 version of the Wolf, in both sub-light and warp configuration.

(Please note - the Milkshape version is based more closely on the paper designs, although the window/deck placement is incorrect and doesn't fit, because I messed up when I made the textures Obviously the 2008 Max version is the re-imaged take on the design )

More as when,

What I like the most about the redesign is that its not so blocky anymore.
Now it has these smooth curves.

Looking closer at it if you could get the part where the warp engines connect to the main hull a bit smothed it would look even better.
Something like its growing out of the hull instead of looking like its pushed into it....don't know how to say it better.

Well even if you don't it still looks good.

Am back boys and gals (?)

Mixed bag of results with all the tests, some good, some interesting, some bad... Lets just say I blew them away on the MV02 Exercise Test... I scored 28 The national avarage for a normal healthy person with no ticker problems is 25. But then I am a stubborn git, and was determained to do well on it (even if it killed me... and I won't claim it nearly didn't ). The rest... well, I get the wait for them to let me know, bit of a nasty surprise was found. Two valves are faulty... I couldn't just keep things simple...

Anyhows, back to this;

Starscream made the same point a while back - it's something I plan to look at again later I have some ideas.

It's nice to see how the design has "progressed" with this re-imaging of it. Very happy about that.

Wondering if interchangeable pods and third nacelle refits can happen for the Wolf-class? She's lookin awesome Jayru, why do you have two? Comparison?

I would heavily advise against it. The whole design is built around smoothness, a pod or third nacelle would ruin that.
I'm glad you ditched that notch Jay, the design looks a lot better without it
