I like the impulse housing. As for the B and C decks, what about making them a multileveled superstructure similar to the Enterprise-E. You can retain the general shape of the reft, but make it multileveled with different details than the Refit. If that makes any sense.

Not sure if I have room for such a structure on the saucer and make it work. maybe a similar shape but I think it would clash with the bridge structure too much in being a reversed shape. The Ent-E had a structure building up of similar shapes. The B/C decks are a bit confusing since most decks on this region are split level With that aft confrence room creating the effect the whole thing is 1 deck. The bridge complicates this by being sunken in as well. IE that dock roomm on the aft will truely be deck A since it will sit higher than the main bridge does by half a deck 4ft roughly. I will give it a look later on when Im done dicking around with the impulse. Since the primary idea is go redo some parts to drift away from some of the TMPrefit influence. (such as the sensor dome.) Doesnt mean Ill change structures a lot or I will revert to TOS style details either. The lower sensor dome will most likely resemble the unit seen on the trailer ship. (which is quite diffrent than the refit but very close) Then again heh, I might just leave it alone. ;p

Where things were left last night before getting distracted by other things. Not finished yet though since I have to take care of that blocky rubbish between the impulse housings. And some other detail work like flush vents and paneling.
