| It's looking fantastic, but there is something about the back end of the nacelle that just feels off. And that is, on the original Enterprise, there were two intercoolers(?) on each tail end of the nacelle. You can see the more modern "fin" versions in the images below. Of course, this is just a minor suggestion, so ignore me if you like it the way it is. ![]() |

| The top picture doesn't look like the nacelle, it is too big. It appears to be a view from on top of the engineering hull between the nacelle pylons, the picture seems to show the bases of the pylons under construction before the pylons have been added. |

| SFM Oracle | It IS the nacel. the ship is THAT out of scale. Comparing that guy welding as well as the one on the bridge deck the ship is about 600meters. The guy near the bridge deck he near the red ? mark. The light is a distant stand not a hat lamp. So that puts what was once a 1.5 deck structure at 3 to 4 decks. And the saucer rim would be about 4 to 5 decks thick. The canon Enterprise length can only fit about 1.5 decks in the saucer rim. NOW as for the intercoolers. I havent decided if I will add that detail or not. I definetly have more work to come on the nacels themselfs. Such as additional plating on them and a mess of decals and a few parts. ![]() Click for full size. green bracket is pointing out a man standing there. Keep in mind because of how this scene pans there is distortion in the view. |

| SFM Oracle | The distortion creates a taller looking ship. It doesnt affect scale though. (IE it shows you the top and bottom areas of the ship you normlay coulndt see at one time in a flat image) A larger ship would correct some of the issues on the past ship size. Cargobay saucer rim neck etc etc. I have to admit it is a bit more than I would have done in size increase. I would have just made it big enough to be 2.5 decks thick on the rim. Shrug. |

| I'm not really too picky. The design in the teaser is an interesting one. I like Star Trek on whatever form in comes across. MadKoiFish, could we see more angles of the ship? It's a great design. |

| I'm just looking forward to seeing a proper scaled sized version of the ship. Its meant to house over 400 crew members ( well depends on what TOS episode you watch). Its gonna be a big ship Also notice its missing those four white circles from the front of the saucer section you see on the TOS design? |
