Star Trek Enterprise : Intrepid "Half Saucer"

Hello there. I just finished school today (yay! ) so I decided to do something special to celebrate that day (well, something that doesn't involve drinking ). Ok enough of that, here's the idea : Pre-NX Earth Vessel, the "Intrepid" which made appearance in Star Trek Enterprise (I think it were "The Expanse" and "Twilight" episodes).
Here's what I did so far :

I didn't see any really good models of that ship so I decided to make the ultimate version which I could proudly display on sci-fi meshes All kinds of comments are welcome

Thanks I just did the middle hull part and started connecting the gaps in the back of the saucer but it's already past midnight and I'm very tired so I guess I'll go to bed and post the updates tomorrow.

That's a really good start.

I like that ship, it's cool in an ugly way.

Thanks Rafael Here's another update. I don't know why but the ship is getting in shape even faster than I thought it to get ... I don't know if the bridge area is very accurate because the side view is obstructed by the nacelle but I think it looks pretty good. Here's the image :

Oh and the lower part is still missing a lot of polys so you can see the upper hull through I'll fix that soon

It seems I missed a reply ... Thanks Jack I also think it's ugly but like you said it's cool and unique. I like it better than the NX01 actually ...

Another update. I did most of the base geometry on the hull so now I'm doing the nacelles. Once they're finished I'll be adding small details such as the sensor arrays, airlocks and thrusters.
