ya the one is raffs and the other is the studio model

ya even some thing close would be neat though

What is the poly count at now

Im working with an home built with an Intel E8400 3.0 Ghz at 1,333 FSB, one EVGA 8800 GT 512 mb of GDDR3 memory 3 GB of DDR2-800 RAM i am using C4d R10

ok

ya if i put it into FSX i need to take it down to 100,000 so it would not require an super computer to get good FPS

very hard to get aurora at 100.000 polys .
I think i've exaggerate with the brightness of brown color ( ).

the silver colour is good the red needs more orange brown and an tad lighter

i've played with photoshop in the brown texture again, and i've two test:
a - i've add just a touch of yellow and magenta;
b - i've modify brightness/contrast value of point a;

i think the version b it's look very good.

WOW! I know this thread had been up forever now, but that is amazing, I wish I was half as good as you. lol. Havent the first clue about using the big good modeling programs though, using Google SketchUp.
