| Jade would be all in the texturing. I'll have a look through my presets to see if I have anything similar and work from that. I'm thinking less about making a whole stand out of jade, but some jewels inlaid into it, make it nice an ornamental. Perhaps a similar texture but more white marble-like as a surface for the stand to be on, the grey of my generic background dome can get a little boring. |

| Very Nice! Very Nice Indeed!! I have to say that this is probably the best, most original, lightsaber design I have seen in quite sometime. You have done an excellent job blending the traditional look of the Japanese Katana and futuristic "Star Wars"-esque lightsaber hilt. Well Done! - Juanski! |

| Just a thought, and a little off the path you are taking.. Have you considered making it possible to join the two smaller straight hilts together into a single 'darth maul' type double edged sabre? |
