| Now they look big enough for a Galaxy. Just a thought thou. when a ship docks, doesn't it usually stay there? would you really want sovereign and galaxy's wandering around the inside of a starbase? |

| Moderator With Rocks In | Connecting arms are definitely looking the part now I quite like this covered starship corridor idea as well - it is completely reasonable to assume that different parts of the station handle different aspects of servicing/constructing/repair/outfitting; one of the side bays might deal almost solely with construction, and once that stage is complete, it passes through the corridor to the main bay or maybe on through to the other side bay for fitting out, and then back to the main bay for fuelling up and other provisioning. Either way, it's coming along nicely |

| SFM Guru | I really like those connecting arms as well. It makes the whole design a lot more cohesive and I like that the profile shape of the arms looks a bit like the impulse engine section on the Excelsiors. It's a nice bit of design continuity within Starfleet. |
