| Thanks mate ![]() But update time. The butresses have earned their twin-linked heavy bolter turrets. (A grand total of 46 inside of ten minutes.) ![]() ![]() |

| SFM Guru | looking good, i cant believe how much its progressed from when i first saw it! Yer sure when i get back home at the end of the week ill email you some scans if you PM me your email. My idea was to have a render of thousands even hundreds of thousands of space marines lined up in the palace forcourt with the banners of each chapter along the sides. Its similar to this pic i foud of nazis 'http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Reichsparteitag.jpg' parading in a ralley. Well ive always wanted to model that for a render and ive figured out how to composite multiple images so i dont actally have to render 500,000 sapce marines and explode my computer lol! Good luck with your model anyway, quick question though as i dont know much about BFGothic, the dual bolter turrets on top of the butresses, they are the same scale as the standard marine bolter? I was just wondering so i could get a sense of scale to the model compared with a human character? |

EDIT: It's also worth noting that vehicles in the minature range aren't to the same scale as the infantry by a long shot so sizing it up looking only at models is problematic at best. | |

| Yes they're larger than normal heavy bolters. (Assume its a requisite for space combat or something.) Howeve i've provided you with a 2 metre tall "skeletor" dummy as a frame of reference. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

| The SSHKMS has been rebuilt as I wasn't entirely happy with the old one. ![]() ![]() |
