Carrier - SFS War Hammer

Hey lads
there I was, sitting on the boring class I had to attend because of my job and I got in the mood to draw a bit. I'm not offten in such mood, and I'm not really good with pen in my hand. but here comes an result of my try.

And here I am starting some blocking and slowly working on the scheme. I would be an carrier. Have to find an name for it yet. What I want to ask are your opinions on the design.

*EDIT* Removed attachment for the last state thumbnail to show on main page.

updates will be slow, but I hope consistent.

the furthermost tips on both wings are just big blocks but on the design with pen they have accented edges like little slopes i think it would look better if you made changed it?

@ liam887, it's just a rough block design. He'll 'carve' it down as he goes.

As for the ship, quite an original design. I like it.

Ohh, I don't know. Check the link below, about midway down the page.

Atomic Rocket: Artificial Gravity

Which is not to say the drawing and the model are not extremely kewl, none the less.

hi folks, thanks for the comments.

@Mach Crit: Huh? What should I look for on that link?

@liam887: As Halo Buff said, I will correct it once i get to that part. It's really just a blockout of the model. Only think I was on for a bit longer are the side engines

Sorry, I guess I wasn't clear. Halo Buff stated that it was "quite an original design".

As I said, about midway down the page is the Alexei Leonov and a heavy cruiser from Babylon 5. They look somewhat similar to your ship. Not that that is a bad thing

Hey...call it The Brick for the time being. It fits this name (not to offend the design though...)

Ah ha. Well. You might be right.. I can see some slight similarities.

Dimitriy: Well. Brick might actually really fit right now, but I'll better wait for some other inspiration. hehe.

Anyway, after few time remodeling the engine, I'm quite happy with it right now.
