You might want to try increasing your ambient light settings a little, to bring out the details in the darker areas just a tad. I like a lot of contrast, too, but this might be just a tad too intense in that respect.

Looks really nice

If you render that in something like 1920x1200, 1600x1200, 1280x1024 etc. I'd love to put that on my desktop! Once it's finished of course

image looks nice, but as it was mentionned many times so far, you cloud image is met to be used with a dome, not as a backdrop.

No offense to wayne here, but crediting nurnies!?....you're kidding right!, want him to credit Discreet for the polygones?, Microsoft for using windows!?...

You forgot a few al.

The artist for using concept art. Or the photographer using a model, or even an artist using someone else's texture. As you can see it gets absurd rather fast, which is why it's a blanket rule. No tweaked noses, no bruised egos, no moaning and groaning about "fairness".

Mmmm... nah, I think he should credit even nurnies. If it's so simple then people can make their own. Otherwise,,, It saved somebody time,, and took the other person time to make them for the rest of us to use. Plus, that's what the person who made them is asking. Otherwise don't use them. Using them "temp." placeholders... yea, still credit them. It's insulting to the person who makes something available to the rest of us to not get credited. None of those are SCIFI 3D models. But it is quite common for people to use them and pass them off as their own. Especially when we something something like this out of nowhere. Really nice modelling work. What about the background? Is that one of the ILM Coruscant backgrounds I uploaded to SCIFI 3D?

Other than that... this is nice. Nothing to say other than what is already being said. NICE. Lots of areas that can be improved. That building in the back center left behind the first cluster... it's odd looking with the sun behind it... it's backlit really odd looking.

We have lots of Coruscant textures here at SCIFI 3D you could use. Zorbi and Binkerman were making really good ones for some of our Coruscant images. Some are at SF3D... some maybe not.
