| Hey nice, Thanks guys. ![]() Sadly I'm not going to be able to update this for a little while. I'm off to Melbourne tomorrow for the Melbourne International Animation Festival (it lasts a week), but when I return I'll certainly get back to it. If anyone has any messages they'd like me to give the head of SIGGRAPH, now's the time to tell me. |

| Wow, that's an amazing model. I totally love the idea you follow, and the shape of it is just stunning. totally fits the universe you placed it in. but there's one thing I want to say (that actually made me pop up from the lurking around): if you go and place the hull in a way that the mainframe comes through it a few feet, you can easily place it in the new BSG universe aswell. anyways, that's an amazing model. and congratulations for making it to the header! |

| this is cool, its creation of the inside stucture before the outside skin seems to make the whole thing a little more "thought of"... I worked on this concept when I did my entry for the shipwreck comp about two years ago. I did this deck and interal frame because when you destroy it or at least rip bits of it, the final renders look cools and very detailed. Love this one though. |

| Sabre Program Director | Awesome work. This inspired me to start watching seaQuest again, actually. It makes sense that if seaQuest was successful enough to build two of the same ship, then they'd use the same types of tech to build other similar classes. I'm wondering, does this one have all that maglev and dolphin swim tubes, and research facilities? Or is it strictly military... theoretically. ![]() lol. seaQuest was an awesome show... up until the third season that is. Replacing Cpt. Bridger was the stupidest thing ever. |

| SFM Guru | The dolphin and research facilities as far as im aware are no longer an issue (correct me if im wrong jim). But because of the state of the UEO in the war with the macronesia it is a war vessel with almost no scientific research facilities. |

| Hey guys and girls, Well, my holiday in Melbourne is over and I'm home-bound in Sydney/Wagga again (Im quite mobile as far as place of residence is concerned...) I've played some more with the frame work of the main hull, moving to the wings and canards. Despite my best efforts to keep this project simple, I can see things rapidly getting to a point of excessive detail in some parts. The wings are currently "adequate" for purposes of the project, but I've decided to some extent to detail their interiors as well. The canards Im not happy with at this point. I think they look a little flimsy and need some... reinforcement. |
