I don't think it looks very good how those large engines bend into the hull...

Hmm the engines seem a bit weird to me too but overall the ship is nothing short of stunning
Can't wait to see this one finished, I love all Star Wars ships

Well I stood on the chair with the noose around my neck but I just didn't have the guts to go through with it... But in the meantime I must have been picking up your telepathic assault on the engines because I didn't like how they terminated into the ship either. I keep going back and forth on this, not only regarding the engines but with most of the major components. I'm wanting this to look like a test/experimental ship, utilitarian but with a certain Imperial charm all its own. The lower hangar bay is another area I've been wanting to rework. But I've decided that I'm just going to finish this model as is and then, after a break, rework it into a MkII version.

Much better engine layout.

Again, this is a really nice design. I hope you finish it. My cruiser will need some light escorts, after all .

Added some turrets... nothing too detailed but I don't think I'll be zooming in that close to the ship.

I'm working on the trench/gunbelt now... added some secondary guns (maybe ion cannons?) and changed the arrangement of the main guns. Work continues at a snails pace...

Now that you mentioned snails, they're pretty hard workers I absolutely love this ship. The details on that beast are really killer
