I actually think it does look like him. But not the O'Neil we usually see - looks more like the older version from the episode where he aged rapidly almost overnight by those nanites.

Couple of things contribute to this - the fact that it's still a bit segmented making the skin look slightly wrinkly and the face being, as was said in a previous post, broader in places like the skin wasn't as elastic as it used to be and is sagging a bit.

Impressed with this so far
