Been busy shaping out the nacelles. Primary and secondary warp field coils. I've been spending alot of time with nacelles I don't like and this is the first one I like. This is what I want to work from.

Even though this is the beginning in whats to come on this project. But man this is a Slim and Stealthly Design you got there. Looking forward to the completion of this project.

I wanted something pretty flat. I love the Enterprise E and how she's slim and it appears she just slips into warp as opposed to the Enterprise D. That ship resembelled a nuclear explosion when entering warp. I like the idea of a FTL Battlestar how it's there and then its not... no big flash and boom...

A Quick size comparison... best I can do at work using paintbrush....

The problem I have with modeling now is that I always get inspired to work on this when I'm at work.... then i get home and I'm so beat!!
