| Guy Who Is Tall | Nice job as always 4MM. I've debated doing updates based on switching to the new plans. I've found the best way to deal with the little voice in my head telling me to do this is to kneel on it's windpipe until it stops making that noise. |

| SFM Spinozan | That would benefit Tallguy's project more that it would benefit building the 1701. |

No progress to report due to real life and a decision I need to make about the portside window arrangement. Sinclair's plans show the windows as they are on the 11 footer but I may add a few to the forward portside group (where there are currently only two rectangular windows). I very much doubt I'll make both sides completely symmetrical but I may make them more so than what presently exist in the plans. | ||||

| [quote=Four Mad Men;82272]It seems I have concerned a few people with that tidbit. It was late and I probably should have not made it (or atleast given more detail). In any event my youngest daughter had some dificullty breathing the other night so we took her to the emergency room. It's under control and they are running some tests to see what is going on. I thank you (and others) for your concern.[/qoute] Whoa. My brother had the same thing a few years back...they determined it was something like "Occasional Asthma" ( i have no idea what the correct medical term is). Hope evreythings works out allright |

| Thanks for the thoughts. For us they are calling it seasonal respiratory something or other. But she's back to breathing normally so all is well. Whew! I did manage some time last night to finish the window and non-window cutouts around the rim. What I ended up doing was to mirror the forward starborad windows to the port side. Everything else is as shown on the plans. The circular windows on the rim are bigger than they look here. The camera angle, "window pane" and the hull all combine to make what looks like pinholes. When they are in fact almost as tall as the rectangular windows. What you can't see here is the main upper structural skeleton but that's not ready for prime time yet... That last one was just me goofing around. |
