Downloads: 0 Uploads: 0 | Actually the lighting is the same, just using one of the new relfection shaders. Anyway... It does bring out the detail. Although the grayness is lost. So although many of the TOS scenes show most of the ship very overlit I've backed it down somewhat to reclaim some of the aforementioned grayness that I like and don't think I want to loose. So you we're absolutely correct Tallguy... From a distance. And a little closer to the camera (and a lamp). |

Downloads: 0 Uploads: 0 | Well I suspect it will always look CG. While I am trying to duplicate the feel of the show I'm not trying for photorealistic. Thanks BH. Thanks everyone. The work continues. Tonight's episode is called: Light, Color, & Specularity... P.S. I'm still trying to get the warp domes to look decent in a power down state without having to tweak the material settings back and forth. And not with complete success. Ah well. |
