Looks realy good mate...but a better view would be appriciated..

When you love a pet, loosing it is like loosing a part of your soul. I lost part of mine on Feb 12 2008. Never will it be the same again.

I'm loving those nacelles. Please keep that little additional grille (or whatever it is)!

He occasionally gets relieved by a Little Red Guy, but for some reason the red ones keep getting wiped out by stray phaser hits, alien space monsters, poisonous spores, etc, so you don't usually see them in the renderings.

The view I posted was chosen rather carefully. Not that I'm trying to hide the rest of the ship, but I am choosing not to show certain details that aren't finished and also keeping a few surprises in store. There are details yet to add all over the ship but the secondary hull and nacelles are basically done, so that's what I decided to show for now.

But, just so you can't say I never did anything for ya, I'll post some more views of the nacelles shortly.

More progress on the warp nacelles...

I think these are pretty self-explanatory. All I'll say is that I know there is some segmentation visible, especially in the second image with the tight close-up on the bussard collector. My intent is to be able to use this model for animation so I am working hard to keep the polycount down, but I should still be able to fix most of the obvious stuff in the final modeling stages. By the way, the current polycount is about 186,000 for the entire model, but I haven't even started freezing and optimizing the Sub-D's yet so I'm still hopeful of staying under 200K.
