The amber deflector is nice, but I believe the white lines must be more visible. They are to much subtle for now.

Thanks, Joe!! I PMed you (here and on your site) and hoped you would be inspired to give a hand with the MSD.

Also... with your blessing, I would like to use some of your consoles/screens on the bridge model furnature when it gets more into that stage of the game, if you don't mind. We will credit anything you do or we use (by permission), of course.

VEKTOR, I really envision, not only the blue, but also more of a lavendar-blue color for the deflectors. One of my biggest peves with the Sovereign class is... the tiny amber deflector. Heck, there are a few things I don't like about the Sovy. But the amber, IMHO, is not the color. But thanks for the chance to see first hand... sometimes you just have to see it!

Now, like I stated over at TrekBBS, I agree that there needs to be a color change, like in ST:TMP... I'm thinking the general color needs to be lavendar-blue, but while at warp, the color shifts to the blue side, but more white-hot blue the higher the the warp factor gets. THAT... would be cool!!

Well proberly no surprise that I agree with the Commander on this, that Amber or yellow or any shade in between that you did just does not cut it. Personal opinion on my part of course.

But again thanks for giving us the opportunity to see what it looks like. I know that we all get use to seeing more of the blue color on most of the cannon ships on the shows but maybe that is because it just seems to work the best.

Okay, okay, blue it is. Here's a further refinement to the hue:

This one works for me.

I have to say that i liked the gold version. We always see blue deflectors, it would be nice to see another color.

As for the MSD and graphics. I am cool with people using my graphics, just make sure you put the right credit. All the info on that can be found on my forum. As for the MSD again, send me a super large side view for the MSD. I need it to make the out line. Also try to point out the major elements. One last thing is the deck height. Let me know how many decks the ship will have. The more info I have on the ship, the more time I can spend on the details of the MSD. I spend most of the time, trying to figure out where everything goes.
