Thanks! We are both very nervous and very excited. This is a whole new thing for us. But we believe God is in it, so we know things will work out well. The church is in a big building, but the congregation is small at the moment. Only about 20 people in a sanctuary that seats ten times that many. But we are psyched that we can be there when God turns things around (and we hope he does).

If you want to see our home, put the address into google Earth or whatever that Microsoft version is. Our parsonage shares the driveway with the church.

Do me one favor Cl, pass along Gods wisdom and knowledge through his words. Don't get like so many others that I have known in your position and put your own personal opinions to them. (I'll probably get in trouble for this, but oh well) I've always been told that God created the Bible so we may learn from him, not so we can learn what others think he wants us to learn. I hope you know what I mean by that statement.

Amen to that!

There comes a time in human events when mean ungodly people reject the peaceful laws of GOD and inflict suffering and pain to such a degree that only WAR will stop it. When that happens the Prince of Peace becomes the man of War in order to stop it.

Seconded amen on BoogerMc's comments.

(Although I get the impression you preach with that in mind already CL)

P.S. Nice looking grounds in front of the church - you could throw a ball with the lad after services are done

I hope to. It's impossible to completely eliminate personal opinion and experience from preaching. But I firmly believe that giving people access to what Denes thinks is thin gruel compared to giving people access to what God thinks.

This is probably my last post from South Hamilton, MA. Tonight, we unplug my wife's computer (our internet server) and it looks like Frontier Communications won't have us hooked up until Tuesday or Wednesday at the earliest. So, next time you hear from me, I should have changed my Location tag to Rochester, NY. See you on the flip side!

Not really backstory. It's a RPG that when everything is ready we're going to
essentially redo the original series. Haven't decided if we're going to make Enterprise actually part of the timeline as yet.

Trekcross - I did uniforms, insignia, a crew and a little backstory, I'm not sure what Capt. Hunter did, musta missed it. I've got a chapter of a Capt. April story that will be a prelude to my UniVerse stuff (when my proofreader gets it back to me, sheesh!) and a few other ideas. A ship this cool needed uniforms and a crew! I even bought a shirt and got a quote on a patch! (Am I a geek or what?)
I'm rebooting trek with my UniVerse stuff. First I've heard of the RPG idea.

Good luck with the move & the preachin', CL!
