Citizen (gee, that address sounds so socialist, or Equilibrium style futureworld ): that should be fine, as long as the novel is not an established genre that has been shown elsewhere already (e.g. A SW novel that may have an implication of design styles as a result of the SW films).

What is important in this issue is that you can show that you designed is from the basic descriptions, and did not just extend the work of others. If such a craft has a name however, I'd advise not using it - remember we are looking for originality here. You need to establish for yourself how using the work of others in this way will deteriment your chances in voting.
