Check the SFM Tutorials Lost and Found thread, I believe I posted at least one possibly two texturing tutorials from the old days. Also, I know of two others: one is on Better Space, link should be in the "post your favorite links" thread, and there's another that I don't recall the location of but is findable with Google (that's how I found it).
