GIMP Nebula

Just a practice pic but I liked it. I was reading a few nebula tutorials over at Deviantart and saw a very simple one designed for use in Photoshop. I thought I would give it a try in GIMP. I made a few changes to a step or two but it seems to have worked out.

Except for the stars layer (I had that laying around) it's all done in GIMP.

Looks very good. I think the image would profit from another starfield. Maybe it's just my twisted point of view but it doesn't seem to fit the rest but since it was just laying around it's understandable.
