I watched it awhile ago and now can't find it anywhere.
It didn't help much that my book marks crashed out.
Any, I think the title is Silver something or another.
About this young female thief (called Silver something or another) who breaks into a secured tower to steal a code - only the code is a young girl who's been kept there.
A brief scene with a Russian tech guy who has her dad's right hand, etc before she breaks into the building via the vertical air shaft, etc. Another scene with the bad guy client in a sparsely decorated room with oil paintings on easels.
Quite a bit of decent martial arts and gunplay action with some CGI involved, the thing was on the whole well done.
Looked like downtown LA or Vancouver as the exterior set. Last shot was the heroine and the young girl heading out of town in a 50's convertible.
