i downloaded Anim8or and when i open it i can see the toolbar but the rest of the screen is all black. when i try to make shapes i cant see them. the tutorials on the net show a blue screen with font. what do i do? can anyone help me?

Treat myself to a new PC on friday, a HP A6250, quad core, 3Gb Ram, Geforce 8400, 500Gb hard drive, so far so good.

Checked out the quick set up, plugged everything where it needed to go, including the very specific instructions where the monitor lead was meant to go.

I see a little not that says your screen maybe blank for 10-60 minutes, so I wait watching this blank screen for three hours.

New to this arena and thought I would let you all know about the cyberpunk radio gig I've been producing for the last couple of years- we are up to almost 100 episodes as of Dec 2007. The format is pretty open, but generally consists of cyberpunk themed episodes on government-corporation-apocalypse and of course the Rise of the Machines.
