Here is my final entry for the bore worm. It is ingestested into the system via a pill, it then leaveves the pill and bigins to bore it's way into the bloodstream, there is excretes a nero toxin, that slowly paralyzes the paitiens, slowly and painfully. eventually killing the subject.

Mk.III Robotic Esophagal Probe

FUNCTION:
Proper usage of the Mk.III requires the interrogation specialist to secure the unit to the subjects head via the cranial harness and the chin strap making sure that the nasal breathing apparatus is properly inserted into the subject’s nose. NOTE: Specialists will frequently encounter subjects who are unwilling to open their mouths to receive the tendril aperture. Rather than render these subjects unconscious or induce them to open their mouths through violence either threatened or actual, the agency recommends simply plugging their noses until their inability to breathe compels them to open their mouths whereupon insertion of the tendril aperture can be immediately facilitated.
Activation of the unit initializes the computer’s set-up display wherein the interrogator can configure the unit’s period of activity (session lengths in excess of 15 minutes without providing the subject a minimum of five minute breaks between sessions have been known to lead to cardiac arrest or grand mal seizure resulting in subject death prior to the divulgence of any useful information and as such, are not recommended.) and electro-stimulation method (diffuse, undulation, or pulse).
Once the unit is configured, session initialization begins with the unit inserting its electro-stim tendril down the subjects esophagus until it reaches a depth, three inches away from the subjects stomach sphincter. The unit then runs the set electrical current through the tendril for the set amount of time. Subjects have reported that diffuse settings result in a feeling of painful sharp static, while pulse setting feel as though they are being subject to traditional shock therapy, undulation settings are the most mentally disturbing as the subjects often report a sensation of being raped or violated orally by something varyingly described as “sharp”, “burning”, “spiked”, “prickly” or “very rough in texture”. Female subjects have been noted to be 28.73% likely to suffer permanent psychological damage from sessions while the same damage in males occurs only 12.85% of the time.

DESIGN HISTORY:
Mk.1- Mk.2: Addition of the nasal breathing apparatus to prevent accidental subject asphyxiation. A change in the shell construction material from polished steel to pink plastic resulted in the hoped for and concurrent minimization of Specialist aversion to employing the unit during interrogation. The unit feels “friendlier” and less “sinister”.
Mk.2 – Mk.3: Upgrade of the receiver antenna’s structural integrity to prevent breakage due to involuntary convulsions, seizures or thrashing by the subjects.

...something that attacks a person's eyes...there isn't anyone in this world (other than blind people) who aren't exceedingly sensitive about their eyes.

...a bug or wormlike looking device that is fastened to the back of a person's head and neck that inserts a controlling probe into the junction between the person's spinal cord and brain stem that induces constant nausea and vertigo while preventing all natural cycles of sleep. Random 15 minute periods of sudden almost narcoleptic sessions of REM are induced to prevent psychosis and death while also preventing any feelings of comfort or rejuvenation from the sleep.

Gloves that schock the fingers and thumbs. Thumbscrews are very medieval and very potent torture devices because of the very sensitive and highly developed nerve systems in our hands. Another obvious attack of this nature would be to design devices that perform in the same manner vs. the genitals although the depiction and discussion of such a device would be almost impossible do accomplish without breaking the rules of the sensei challenge.

A null-gravity field generator that a full-sensory deprivation victim can be "floated" in...in this way, not only are sight/sound/smell/touch/taste thwarted but also kinisthesis and equilibrium...an easier way to do this would be to simply manipulate a person's inner ears and frontal lobes but that might not be easily shown in 3d.

The device, much like it's ancient counterpart, repeatedly releases drops of liquid on the subject's forehead to progressively induce insanity (or unfathomable boredom).
Unlike, any previous similar machine, the advanced C.W.T.D. is fully programmable in a multitude of parameters.
While the victim is securely suspended to the desired angle and height, operators may choose their liquid of preference (water, soda, pumpkin juice, battery acid etc.), the randomness of their release and even the droplet pressure .

Here is the closest I could get in the timeframe. (And some of it is downright rushjob)

My project was too ambitious to do... well in the timeframe anyway, I think I might need a month or more to actually do it to the point and detail I actually wanted.

The Nev-R-Sleep Torture Seat


So, you have a prisoner who just plain refuses to give up that vital bit of information that is vital to your government? Then the 'Nev-R-Sleep' torture seat is the extraction method for you. It comes complete with several stimulation injection tubes (utilising your preferred choice of stimulant), a waste extraction tube (for those 'messy' interrogations) and, most importantly, eye restraints to make sure that the subject can't so much as blink (eye drops optional).

Recommended Settings:

* Alternating Flashing lights,
* Constant fixed light,
* Rotating images of chosen subjects (anything from Wars to playful kittens),
* Looping videos of chosen subjects (again anything from Wars to playful kittens),

However, it must be noted, after years of extended testing one method of torture has proved time and time again to be the most effective...the 'George Formby Intensive Video Marathon'. After several hours of forced viewing of these 'movies' the test subjects were said to have been dragged from the room screaming "...the ukulele! Please, please, stop the ukulele!!"

The machine uses the fear as it´s primary weapon. The tubes down the chair contains sedatives, so you don´t die early (or from a heart attack as the clown pops from the box).
