Sensei Challenge #8: Final Results - Scifi-Meshes.com

Just a reminder about how we do this:

Because we have a number of people voting, we need a way to collate the results. Each place voted therefore has a points weighting assigned to it: 7, 5 and 3 points for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places respectively. We then add up all of the points and the places are awarded based upon the results. There are a lot of points totalled, so sometimes the places are awarded due to single point differences in scored - don't be disappointed if you did not get into the top three places.

This time around, the three places are:

1st: StangCody
2nd: Bemeup
3rd: Rojren

and the honourable mention goes to Tinukedaya.

I'd like to add that this time around there were some exception designs in the competition - people really seem to be improving their initial designs and not just their final implementation skills.

I'll be making sure that the awards are issues ASAP.

We've pencilled in Sept 27th as the start of Challenge #9 (though this may be adjusted as we get closer to the time), which again run Saturday to Saturday.

btw: when already giving out the rewards... not that I somehow insinst on it... but there is still the issue about the challenge #4 rewards.

and one more thing... when I click on the (more>>) by rewards it shows the profile of the user but no rewards are shown...
