 |  Trinity : Revelation Hi all, Some of you may know if you're been following my Steamrunner thread that I'm making a Trek based movie. Depending on how 'popular' this movie is, there is potential for another 2 after this one. I've begun working on some effects and the like and they've started to spill over in to the ship WIP thread, so I figured I'd start a thread over here to put them up, instead of detracting from the point of the original Thread. So....where to begin? All clips in MOV format Ship in Warp Right Click......Save Target As... Phaser Test using Particles Right Click......Save Target As...[/ Transporter Test Right Click......Save Target As... Shield Test Right Click......Save Target As... Intro Sequence Format Test Right Click......Save Target As... And just to finish off, a 1024x768 wallpaper :-D Let me know what you think, I do have an outline of the story available for anyone who would like to read it through. Thanks, TheMightySpud |

 | Not too bad. The lighting could use some work, as could your titles (add a drop shadow or something to separate it from the background), but you're definitely on the right track. |

| Only thing that stuck out to me was the phaser looked a little too thin for ship fire. Where is the music from? Original? |

| Hey all, I know that all of these effects still need work, these were simply preliminary tests, just to see if I could pull off the different things I will be needing, but the comments are appreciated  The music on the intro is taken from the Star Trek Starship Creator and is by no means the music that I will be using, I'm having a completely orginal score in the final thing TheMightySpud |

| the music is one of the tracks on the Starship Creator, can't remember the name of it off the top of my head. and all of my compositing work is done in After Effects. Bought myself a new camera yesterday, so I shall be posting some live action effects tests a little later TheMightySpud |

| Hmm. this starship creator. I've heard of it. Is it any good? I suppose I should probably dl a trial of AE, I've seen enough to like it, now I would like to try it. |
