Oblivion, I had to drag myself away from this one, total cold turkey.

A wide range of RTS's including the C&Cs, Haegemonia, Dawn of War, Earth 2160

UT2004! Woot!!

I'd say my all-time favourite has to be Doom3. It's just a beautiful-looking game with a terrifying atmosphere throughout. Back-to-basics FPS-ing meets high tech game engine design. Dynamic shadows rule!

Quake4 for very similar reasons.

Half Life 2 for gameplay, aesthetics and atmosphere. A superb example of FPS gaming.

I think the one's I like best are Master of Orion 2, Alpha Centauri, Homeworld 1 and 2, and finally Knights of the Old Republic.

Assumption is the mother of all screw-ups.

If it says Zelda in it

Morrowind too
GTA

I play "the game" as well but thats more offline than computer games - its really simple the only way to win is to forget your playing it.

yeah halflife 2 was great.

2d art is treated as a bastard child in 3D forums.
There are cultures on this planet that are just plain not ready for advanced technologies like explosives and automatic guns
