Project Offset - UPDATE

And woot! the people at Project Offset (working title) have updated their website!

GO and see a truly amazing game in the making!

I, for one, will buy this game when it comes out. Even just to mod it!

Unfortunately like before, allI see are pretty screenshots some scripted movies and their game description reads like a very early wishlist of a projects design documents, from before the phase where you cut everything you can't do.

As before, the guys have made a good graphics engine and they seem to be very competent modellers and animators... but game designers and game programmers... wel they have some good ideas, unfortunately their ideas are way up in the clouds and I have yet to see any proof that any of them are actually good game programers, much less good storytellers.

The site design has been refreshed, but there isn't really any new content and the only video on there is now over 2 years old. 2 years to come up with some concept art really makes the project smell of vapourware, but perhaps they will make it eventually. The main thing will be the gameplay though and not how pretty the graphics are
