| Administrator | Having finished the game, I have to say, best shooter that I've played, ever. The story is great, the graphics are great without being heavy (like Crysis for instance), the gameplay is great...it just kickass. I think the only other shooter that I played which had me on my seat all the time like this one was CoD1, heh. Never played the second...but now that I hear Price makes an appearance on that one, I'll take a look Definitely recommended if anyone else is watching this thread. |

| This time you see | Yup, I'd agree with that statement. I'm not generally a huge FPS fan, but CoD4 utterly blew me out of my seat. The work the team put in to make that game what it is is immense, and they deserve every plaudit they get. ![]() Incidentally, anyone playing on the new map pack? I've not got it yet, as I've been kidnapped by GTA IV for the time being. I have to say though, that even GTA IV, in all it's open free-roaming goodness, is not as adrenalin-charged as CoD4 from a multiplayer perspective. |

| Some of the new maps that come with the 1.6patch are mind blowing, chinatown for instance is crazy as is the creek/riverbed. What are your favourite loadouts and what's your best killing streak? My favourite loadout is the M16A4 with Grenade launcher, P90 for close encounters, used with the overkill and penetration perks. My best kill streak is fifteen. |

| Go down in a claustrophobic area like the tunnels under the train yard with a submachine gun. Take a silencer and a UAV jammer and keep moving. You'll never appear on their mini-map, and as long as your team keeps up a steady stream of UAV deployments you will get to set ambushes for whole groups of enemies. |
