| Mass Effect Ok, so I just started playing this baby. I'm about 8 hours in and have unlocked all but 1 one of the squad members. I still need the Asari chick. I just got access to the Normandy and I only 2 side quests left on the citadel which i'm stuck on, one of them being the locations of the 21 keepers. I'm up to 18 and i have no clue where the rest are. I've been all over the place. The other one I'm stuck in is locating the source of the signal in the wards access way from the casino slot that's depositing money. Other than that I've got all the sidequests done. Another thing I've noticed is how frakkin' expensive the gear is. I know I'm still early in the game but sheesh ![]() How far has everyone else come on it? I am loving it so far |

| Okay so I'm down to 1 keeper left to find on the Citadel, and I can't seem to locate the bugger. I want to complete all the citadel quests before leaving the station and starting on the quests in other systems. I think I should find this dude soon I hope. |

| Grrrrrr - I hate you all! - cept Georgie as hes in the same predicament as me - being a low profile game I doubt the shops here will be open at 12 tonight like they were for Halo3 so its gonna be a 9am call to Game for me. So does it play well? |

| This coffee tastes funny | Without giving away any spoilers, I'd like to give a couple pieces of advice to players. 1. DO NOT TRUST THE SAVE SYSTEM. Anytime you accomplish something big, SAVE! Dying suddenly is only as shocking as how far back your last auto-save is from where you are. 2. Don't go to Navaria (or whatever that ice planet is) first. Level up quite a bit first. |

| I agree with the same system- don't trust it. Save your ass off. Also before you go to nevaria or frezia (i think it's called that I can't remember), do a lot of side missions first. Build up your character untill he/she gets to the next career teir. I'm a soldier and I waited till I got to shock trooper before doing anymore plot related missions. This game is deep, man. Holy crap. I'm about 22 hours in and i've barely gotten anywhere. |

| Much Much fun to be had. Been so disappointed over years with SciFi RPGs that I intentionally kept my expectations low for this one. But golly Im loving every little thing about this game. It just oozes old style Traveller to me - love the skill set up, and had an hour and half of fun just getting my face how I wanted it. The flow of gameplay is just right - an air of mystery and a little bit of trepidation mixed with confidence building from the NPC's sets you up for some great truly exciting exploration. Combat is bang on for me - somewhere between Graw and Shadowrun. So far I cant recommend this game highly enough. So Im a Solo Survivor born of Space Faring Military Parents (deceased) who joined up and trained as a Vanguard. What about you guys? |

| I know one thing is for sure. The driving set up on the Mako SUCKS. I mean they have both sticks controlling the influence of how you drive. It's just straight up retarded. I mean why can't they take a hint from Bungie and design the vehicles using the halo driving style. It's very simple and not confusing at all. Another gripe I have with the Mako is that it's shields take FOREVER to recharge from 0. I mean you can't even upgrade the thing; you can upgrade everything else but that? You get into a enough combat with it that you'd think it was warranted... ugh. I like the game a lot. But there are some minor details here that just really annoy me sometimes... So far my characters are floating around level 30. |

| SFM Guru | ugh, preferably not Halo style driving where forward is allways in the direction you look. one stick for control and one stick to look that's how it should be, and forward should allways e forward just looking for this game to be out anywhere near me and for me to have some money to pick it up anyway though. I need this game now |
