Downloads: 1 Uploads: 0   | Good Nintendo DS games for a 9 year old girl? We bought my daughter a DS Lite for Christmas, now I'm trying to pick which game to give her. I'm leaning towards Nintendogs, because she loves the whole Webkins thing and it's a similar premise. She's only ever really played stuff like Scooby Doo mysteries on the PC. Anyone have any ideas? I know New Super Mario Brothers is a good one, but I'm getting that for my mother in law (we also got her a DS Lite). |

Downloads: 1 Uploads: 0 | Yeah, Zelda is definitely under consideration. I think I'll get her one of the earlier GBA Zelda games before that one, to get her feet wet so to speak. |

Downloads: 1 Uploads: 0 | Well, this is what we went for: 1) New Super Mario Bros; 2) Sims 2 Pets - similar to Nintendogs but wider scope, more animals, etc.; and 3) Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. Yes, Zelda is really old, but it's an absolute classic and a good way to introduce her to the whole Zelda thing. |
