Eh, I've seen many better CG portraits than that. Its very good, I don't pretend to be able to do better, but it does look completely and easily recogniseable as CG. The eye is one giveaway, the pores in the skin on the nose look way too big and you can see texture stretching here and there.

Very good it is, but if you reckon that's the best CG render ever, then you've clearly not seen many CG renders.

I think the hardest subject to do photorealistically is the human face. we're so used to how a human face should look, and it's tough to fool the human eye when it comes to faces.
