After being accidentally marooned by the crew of Voyager in the delta quadrant on a Class M-568 desert planetoid. Alexander J. Cooley was presumed dead in a away team after a huge rock shower that had taken place. The planet had been littered over time with various wrecks and abandoned Borg ships and was practically the Borg's dumping ground for out of date cubes, spheres, and pyramids. Alex had sought out shelter in a hulk of metal that was a Borg cube but now is deteriorating. Alex had tried his communicator badge to reach Voyager but they were too far out of reach of the communications range. Alex had to hunt to survive and live in a abandoned Borg cube.

One day Alex had got up the energy and desire to build and craft and forge his own starship which would be his one way ticket off the planetoid. He had drawn and sketched and worked out some designs but none of them were at all practical. One night he had a vision of Captain Jean Luc Picard in a strange but yet sleek looking vessel which he had knew as a Sovereign class starship. So one day after scrounging up what ever technology that he can posablely get from the various Borg ships... He had begun work on the keel of the ship which he had initiated the name of H.M.S. Celtic Blood NX-1007389 to. It was some three months into construction and all was well, the ships skeletal structure was starting to take shape as one beam was connected to another. It was liniment to Alex that the ship was going to take a long time to build. He had continued on anyways.

It has been a year now and the ship's skeletal structure was almost done He had a semi functional rudimentary turbo lift to carry him to various places in the ship and things were going to schedule. Despite the rock shower that had struck when he was working on the turbo lift. He had got a anti rock shield up and running and was functioning around the ship and protecting him and the ship from any further bombardments of future rock showers. He rather much preferred hail storms over the rock showers.

Two more years had passed and the ship was taking on it's skin plating the nacelles were visible and the warp core was nearly finished. The turbo lift was fully working and functioning He had got the replicators up and going and he was able to get him self some real food. Using his tricorder that had contained every bit of knowledge that was known up to date the ships main computers were fully programed and stored with everything that was uploaded to the ships mainframe computer. The ship was laced with a impressive amounts of Borg technology and other Extra Terrestrial tech. He had barely begun to work on the deflector dish when another round of Borg Cubes were dumped on the planets surface and abandoned like the rest of the other Borg cubes. He had decided to take advantage of the newly dumped cubes and see what he can get his hands on in there. He had uploaded every bit of data from the cubes to the Celtic Bloods mainframe computer. He had went savaging around the cubes for new and good technology and had found out how they have adapted so well to the shots and had immediately swiped the technology.

It was one year later and the ship was ready for a shakedown the antimatter tanks were fully filled and the ship was at 97.69% power and was climbing. The estimated time of full power was in the dawning of the next day. Unlike the the Blue grills on the nacelles of the original design. His were a golden yellow color. The ship was well decorated with rims that had elaborate Celtic knot patterns running through out them. The ship one the inside looked as if she was built by a very advanced Celtic civilization on the inside. The ship had Celtic blades on displays and everything was running rather quite smoothly. It was the next day when a sphere was dropped 12 KM from the port bow of the ship. He had scanned it and found that it had contained a cloaking device. He had scrubbed the take off and went and seized the technology and had started to install it on the Celtic Blood. This has taken him some 2 days and the installation was complete. He had gone to bed and awakened and had his breakfast. After breakfast he had gone into the bridge and had got the ships flight systems up and going and it was not long at all when he was contacted by Voyager.

Captain Janeway looked as if she was looking at a ghost when she started: “Alex! We all had thought that you were dead. But I guess that we were wrong. The tricorder scans on you had told us that you were dead.” Alex had replied: “Well captain. That is all fine and dandy how you had tried to make sure that I was still alive before this accidental marooning and I do forgive you.” I don't need any transporter or shuttle to get me off this forsaken planet because I have crafted my mod of transport off this forsaken planets surface. The nacelles were light up and the deflector dish was luminated and all of the name spots on the ships exterior were lit up as well. With the sounding of a loud and mighty roar of a million lions. The ships hovers were lifting the ship for the first time up toward the heavens. The ships impulse engines were engaged and Celtic Blood was hurdling up to join Voyager in space. He had got Celtic Blood in formation with Voyager and they were off in high warp out of there so they would not be seen by any approaching Borg.

Some of the crew of Voyager had boarded Celtic Blood while Alex was on Voyager getting him self examined and checked up by the E.M.H. Program and had the E.M.H. Program copied and sent over to Celtic Blood. The crew of Voyager that was on Celtic blood was taken back on how much federation and Borg combined the ship was and Chakoay was very much impressed with the theme of the ships interior. Tuvok was impressed that his student that had failed his survival test three times before barely passing had came up with such a vessel. Shake down and trials had proven successful and the ship was entered into Captain Janeway's personal logs that the ship was to become apart of Star fleet's list of ships.

IT was called the U.S.S. Diana and the name changed to U.S.S. Samurai. The ship was to have some 200 + decks and yes it did use not only sovy's as shuttles but it also used Defiant, Galaxy, and Klingon Birds of prey. The ship was massive and was slightly longer than V'ger ship and twice as wide and one and a half times higher.

That is what you had missed out on.

Now that project or idea I have layed to rest and it is now behind me.

3 Years and 6 months using technologies that he had found from the obsoleted borg ships. He had found one certain tech that has helped him cut what would be a 50 + year job down to a 3 + years job. In Borg Wars you see a fine demonstration of it when a cube completely assimilates a planetoid within minutes. That device is a much more advanced version of the device that had helped the guy.
